His career began in academia as an instructor at the Faculty of Architectural Engineering, where he quickly demonstrated promise and innovation. Early in his path, he earned first place in the Sham Plaza Mall Design Competition in Damascus, a major milestone that highlighted his design vision at a young age. Shortly afterward, he successfully designed and executed the Makani Hotel Project, establishing his footprint in the architectural landscape from his earliest practical years.
His influence extended beyond commercial work, reaching humanitarian and community-focused projects. Eng. Majd designed the Cardiac Surgery Hospital Building, as well as the Radiology Department Building in Rural Damascus–Syria, reflecting his commitment to architecture as a tool for human service and meaningful social impact.
Following the Syrian conflict, he transitioned to Saudi Arabia, where his career expanded into large-scale and high-value institutional projects. He joined Saudi Binladin Group, contributing to the management and development of major national projects, including the Jeddah & Dammam Sports Stadiums and Taif Airport. These roles strengthened his grounding in megaproject execution, stakeholder coordination, and high-precision engineering management.
He later joined SABIC, participating alongside Stantec USA in the design and implementation of Tala Al-Waseel Residential Complex, before moving to Faris Al Faris Engineering Consultancy, where he led design development and supervised project delivery for several major government authorities:

Eng. Majd then served as Director of Projects & Real Estate at Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time), where he initiated and led the full transformation of the company’s brand identity—a concept he proposed personally, developed into a full design manual, and brought to full execution with Board approval. During his tenure, he led and delivered 95 projects across commercial, residential, office, mixed-use, and athletic buildings.
He also worked as a direct consultant to the CEO at Hayaza Real Estate Development Company, where he oversaw projects exceeding SAR 2 Billion in value, including high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
Today, Eng. Majd Alsaad leads Archecho Construction with a vision grounded in technical excellence, human-centric architecture, and executive capability in driving projects from planning to reality.
