ArchEcho proudly completed the Leejam office fit-out project at two major administrative locations: Al Ghadeer and Al Falah in Riyadh. These sites serve as the primary and secondary headquarters of Leejam Sports, respectively.

The project involved the transformation of outdated labor housing into sophisticated corporate offices. ArchEcho handled both the design and execution phases, creating a consistent brand identity across both locations despite being developed at different times.

A defining feature of this Leejam office fit-out was the creative re-use of existing building elements. Former residential airshafts were repurposed into modern skylights, flooding the interiors with natural light and creating an open, inviting atmosphere in both headquarters.

A shared material palette and architectural language were applied across the two buildings to ensure brand and visual continuity. Despite the time gap between project executions, the two offices now operate as one unified administrative system.

The transformation was not just visual but functional. The layouts were redesigned to support Leejam’s operational flow, internal collaboration, and future growth. Attention to detail in finishing ensured durability and modernity throughout every space.
