ArchEcho proudly completed a full-scope Riyadh office fit-out project for the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), now known as the Ministry of Investment (MISA).
This project involved the complete design and execution of SAGIA’s administrative headquarters in the heart of Riyadh. As a major government entity, the space required top-tier finishings, functional layout planning, and extremely rapid delivery.
The Riyadh office fit-out project was managed as a fast-track job. ArchEcho led both design and build phases concurrently, reducing project duration significantly without compromising on quality.
The fit-out scope included ceiling systems, partitions, flooring, MEP integration, lighting, and custom joinery, all tailored to match the authority’s standards and operational requirements.
One of the project’s most notable achievements is its durability. Although delivered in 2018, the space still looks and functions like a recently finished project. The offices remain vibrant and welcoming despite daily traffic and intensive use.
The architectural approach emphasized clear circulation, modern aesthetics, and resilient materials — ensuring that the investment would last over time. The client’s satisfaction with the outcome helped reinforce ArchEcho’s reputation in delivering high-quality, high-speed government projects.
This Riyadh office fit-out project has become a benchmark for similar government facilities across Saudi Arabia.
