Fitness Time Ladies – Al-Manar, Riyadh: A Compact, Fully-Equipped Women’s Club by Archecho

The Fitness Time Ladies Al-Manar project is a showcase of Archecho’s ability to deliver high-functioning, regulation-compliant facilities even within space-constrained sites. Located in Riyadh’s Al-Manar district, this women-only gym was designed on a compact 1,900 m² plot—significantly smaller than typical Fitness Time clubs.

Despite the limited footprint, no core features were sacrificed. The facility includes all standard services of a Fitness Time Ladies Club, from workout zones and locker areas to wellness amenities, all optimized for flow and comfort.

To further enhance the project’s value, Archecho added a rooftop pickleball court, maximizing vertical space in compliance with local building and sports club regulations. This recreational addition brings diversity to the club’s offerings without requiring extra ground space.

Another highlight is the visual experience:

• Indoor views were strategically directed toward the swimming pool, enhancing spatial depth and ambiance.

• Additional vantage points overlook the rooftop court, linking levels visually and programmatically.

Throughout the process, our team adhered to all municipal building standards and special codes related to fitness facilities. The project met both regulatory and branding requirements, creating a club environment that feels spacious, bright, and premium—despite the limited land size.
