The Fitness Time Xpress Jazan project showcases Archecho’s ability to deliver complete gym facilities—covering both design and construction—within fast-track timelines and strict brand requirements.

Located in Jazan, Saudi Arabia, this compact 1,000 m² facility was designed and built in just three months. Despite the limited size and timeline, the gym includes all core functions required by Fitness Time Xpress branches—excluding only wet areas such as pools, jacuzzis, steam rooms, and saunas.

Nevertheless, the club offers a complete user experience, featuring:

• Functional cardio and weight zones

• Reception and locker areas

• Efficient service and support zones

• High-quality finishes and brand-standard layouts

Moreover, Archecho implemented an advanced ventilation solution to address the elevated ceiling height of the building. This involved installing specialized high-efficiency fans that improved airflow and reduced the need for traditional air conditioning. As a result, the gym achieved optimal thermal comfort with lower operational costs.

The entire scope of the project included:

• Full construction and fit-out

• Project management and turnkey delivery
