Club 200 — a landmark for Fitness Time — is more than just a number; it’s a statement of scale, quality, and ambition. ARCHECHO had the honor of designing and executing this flagship women’s club in Riyadh’s Al Sahafa district, delivering a complete transformation of an aging structure into a vibrant, multi-functional fitness destination.

Just like in our previous successful projects, the building was completely stripped inside and out, then reimagined with high-end interior finishes, updated facades, and purpose-built zones. But this club took it a step further.

Inside, the facility features boutique retail spaces, a specialized physical therapy and body contouring center under the ABLE brand, and a range of athletic zones tailored for women. One of the most striking features is the multi-use rooftop sports court, engineered with professional-grade surfacing and lighting — a unique touch that expands functionality without expanding footprint.

More than a gym, FT200 is a celebration of progress, precision, and partnership — and ARCHECHO is proud to have delivered this milestone project to life on behalf of Fitness Time and Leejam Sports.
